Terms of Service

By accessing or using VoiceFans.ai (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including creators and subscribers.

VoiceFans.ai is an AI persona marketplace that allows creators to build AI-powered personas based on their expertise, and allows users to subscribe to and chat with those personas. The AI responses are generated by large language models and are not professional advice.

You must be at least 18 years old to use VoiceFans.ai. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. We do not knowingly permit minors to use the Platform.

Creators must provide accurate information when setting up their persona. By creating a persona, you represent that:

• The content reflects your genuine expertise and knowledge
• You have the right to share this information on the Platform
• You will not impersonate any other person or misrepresent your credentials
• Your persona will not contain illegal, harmful, or prohibited content

Creator accounts require admin approval before being publicly listed. We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or remove any creator account at our discretion.

Subscription fees are charged monthly and are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Creators earn 80% of all subscription and top-up revenue; VoiceFans.ai retains 20% as a platform fee.

Subscription prices are set by creators and displayed clearly before purchase. Your subscription automatically renews monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Non-subscribed users receive a limited number of free messages per creator per account. Free message limits are subject to change. Free messages are non-transferable and reset on a monthly basis for subscribed users.

All responses generated by AI personas on VoiceFans.ai are produced by large language models (including OpenAI GPT-4o) guided by creator-defined instructions. These responses:

• Are not professional advice (medical, legal, financial, psychological, or otherwise)
• May contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
• Do not represent the verified, real-time views of the creator
• Should not be the sole basis for important decisions

Always consult a qualified professional for advice in regulated domains.

You agree not to use VoiceFans.ai to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Harass, threaten, or harm any person
• Attempt to extract harmful, illegal, or deceptive content from AI personas
• Circumvent payment requirements or message limits through technical means
• Scrape, crawl, or automate interactions with the Platform
• Share account credentials with other users
• Engage in any fraudulent activity including chargebacks for legitimate services received

The VoiceFans.ai platform, brand, and underlying technology are owned by VoiceFans.ai. Creators retain ownership of their original persona content and knowledge. By publishing on VoiceFans.ai, creators grant us a licence to display and deliver their persona content through the Platform.

Users do not acquire any rights to creator content or AI-generated responses beyond personal, non-commercial use.

Our collection and use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Creators cannot access individual user conversations. All chats are private between the user and the AI persona.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, engaging in fraudulent activity, or for any reason at our discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your access to the Platform and any creator content ceases. Creator earnings accrued prior to termination will be paid out per our standard schedule.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceFans.ai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, AI-generated content, or actions taken based on platform content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VoiceFans.ai is registered. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration except where prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
